About the role
The Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain at C3 Ai defines and owns the roadmap for agentic supply chain capabilities across the C3 Ai Platform and C3 Generative AI suite. This role translates complex enterprise supply chain requirements into precise product specifications for IBP, S&OP, and APS integrations, architecting workflows for the agentic AI platform. You will design, deliver, and refine predictive and prescriptive features powered by Agentic AI and machine learning to tackle demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network risk, and supplier delay scenarios. The position is based in Redwood City, California, and involves close collaboration with global customers and internal stakeholders to validate real-world solutions. You will define minimum viable products in partnership with engineering and data science, iterating rapidly while balancing technical constraints and business value. The role guides prioritization decisions with Sales, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure roadmap items advance measurable enterprise outcomes. You will monitor the AI and decision intelligence landscape, focusing on autonomous agents, large language models, and advances relevant to supply chain operations. Finally, you will build trust with clients through compelling demonstrations and strategic dialogues about large-scale enterprise AI adoption.

What you'll do
- Translate complex supply chain needs into precise product specifications for IBP, S&OP, and APS integrations, architecting workflows for the agentic enterprise AI platform.

- Lead customer trials and implementations, validating solutions in real-world deployments across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
- Define minimum viable products in partnership with engineering and data science, iterating rapidly while balancing technical constraints and business value.
- Guide prioritization decisions with Sales, Data Science, and Customer Success to ensure roadmap items advance measurable enterprise outcomes.
- Monitor the AI and decision intelligence landscape, focusing on autonomous agents, large language models, and advances relevant to supply chain operations.
- Build trust with clients through compelling demonstrations and strategic dialogues about large-scale enterprise AI adoption.
- Support global rollouts, ensuring product behavior aligns with diverse regulatory requirements and operational models.
- Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to uncover latent needs and translate them into structured product requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on scope, timelines, and success metrics for new supply chain capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging point solutions and assess their fit within the integrated C3 Ai Platform and Generative AI suite.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Partner with customer success and professional services to develop reference implementations and playbooks.
- Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform iterative improvements and prioritize future releases.
- Represent product voice in executive briefings and strategic discussions with key enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required, with five years of total experience, including two years in product management or equivalent roles.
- Demonstrated experience with supply chain planning systems, specifically IBP, S&OP, and tools such as Kinaxis o9, Blue Yonder, or SAP APO.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI or agent-based systems in enterprise environments, navigating complex sales and implementation cycles.
- Strong ability to define clear requirements and user stories that bridge business needs and engineering constraints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- A fast-learning, self-driven mindset with deep curiosity about cloud platforms and innovation in supply chain.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and partner conferences as needed to validate solutions and gather insights.
- Commitment to working within the scope and processes of a fast-paced, regulated enterprise software environment.
