About the role

C3 AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to oversee the growth and technical direction of the C3 Generative AI platform. You will bridge the gap between engineering, data science, and customer requirements to build scalable enterprise AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Partner with engineering and data science departments to author technical specifications and product requirements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Oversee the execution of development cycles to ensure high-quality feature releases.
• Perform technical analysis of AI and machine learning architectures to guide design decisions.
• Direct go-to-market strategies in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
• Gather user feedback from customer-facing teams to iterate on product functionality.
• Report on project status, risks, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the AI or enterprise software sectors.
• Technical proficiency in AI and machine learning, specifically regarding Generative AI, model operationalization, and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI products.
• Ability to simplify complex technical challenges into actionable product features.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
