What you'll do
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments that feed directly into strategic decisions for the Founders.
Prepare company-wide communications and all-hands materials that keep the organisation informed and aligned with strategic priorities.
Maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting inputs that the Strategy team relies on, with your work going directly to the Founders and leadership team.
Support high-priority projects by running analyses, preparing research, and coordinating inputs across teams, taking ownership of smaller workstreams end-to-end as you ramp up.
Identify patterns and surface insights proactively, building your own view of where Bunch should be heading and making the case for specific strategic moves.
Work alongside experienced operators and quickly take on more responsibility as you grow your scope and impact within the business.
Help structure ambiguous problems and turn fragmented information into a clear, actionable output for leadership review.
Use AI tools instinctively to research faster, stress-test your thinking, and produce sharper outputs, while understanding the limitations of these tools.
Assess opportunities and evaluate options to support informed decision-making at the highest levels of the company.
Take initiative in gathering data, validating assumptions, and presenting recommendations that can influence real business actions.
Requirements
Up to 1 year of professional experience with strong internships at high-performing startups, consulting firms, or fast-paced environments. You've already proven you can deliver in demanding settings - whether that's a startup where you did real work, a consulting analyst role, or building something of your own.
You are analytically sharp and able to structure a problem, gather the right data, and turn it into a clear, actionable output without unnecessary guidance.
You are hungry, reliable, and low-ego, picking things up fast, asking smart questions, and not needing to be told twice to advance a task.
You know what you don't know - and you ask early rather than guessing - while also coming with suggestions rather than only flagging problems.
You are developing the instinct for what matters and what doesn't, and you actively seek feedback to sharpen your judgment and output.
You reach for AI tools instinctively to research faster, stress-test your thinking, or get to a sharper output than you could alone, while understanding AI's limits and checking the work accordingly.
Fluent English is required, and German is a plus in your day-to-day work.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where responsibilities can expand quickly based on business needs.
You have strong written communication skills and can synthesize complex information into concise, founder-ready materials.
Practical notes
The role is full-time and based in Berlin.
You will work in a hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the office.
You may be offered up to 4 remote calendar weeks per year.
The team is diverse, with over 120 bunchies from more than 40 countries, led by founders who are recognized operators in their fields.
This position reports into the Founders' Office and provides rapid growth opportunities for the right candidate.
