(Senior) Manager Strategy & Corporate Development
Job description
About the role
You will operate at the absolute center of Bunch's highest-stakes initiatives, translating ambiguous founder vision into concrete, completed projects that move the business forward. As a senior member of the Founders' Office at Bunch, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from "we need to do this" to done, owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. You will define the problem statement from scratch, align conflicting stakeholder priorities without formal authority, and personally drive the analysis and execution required to close critical gaps. Your work will directly determine which strategic bets the company pursues and how they are implemented across commercial, product, and operational dimensions. You will take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, stepping into commercial, product, or operations as needed to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting opportunity assessments to provide clear recommendations that support the Founders in identifying new areas for growth and rigorously evaluating new markets, business lines, and products. You will manage significant scope, either running one large, complex project with multiple workstreams or several parallel initiatives, always ensuring follow-through on commitments.
