(Senior) Manager CEO Office
Job description
About the role
Senior Manager, Founders' Office
Bunch is constructing the foundational infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. The company delivers an integrated platform that unifies secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and expert fund services. This system is designed to replace fragmented processes and support the growth of private markets toward a twenty-three trillion dollar opportunity. The business achieved fourfold annual recurring revenue growth in 2025, onboarded over one hundred and fifty fund managers and twelve thousand limited partners, and closed a thirty-five million dollar Series B round in May 2026. The organization values ownership, growth through responsibility, and collaboration with a thoughtful, ambitious team.
This role is based in Berlin and operates as a full-time position. The compensation package is competitive and includes a customizable benefits program covering wellbeing, sports, mobility, and food. The schedule follows a remote-flexible hybrid model, requiring three days in the office each week, with the option of up to four remote calendar weeks annually. The team includes more than one hundred twenty0 members from forty different countries.
You will own the full lifecycle of the company's highest-priority initiatives, transforming strategic intent into completed outcomes. This involves coordinating with founders and cross-functional teams to drive analysis, alignment, and execution. You will guide projects from initial concept to final delivery in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. The work requires navigating commercial, product, and operational dimensions to unblock the Founders' most critical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead strategic projects that demand high urgency and high importance. This includes defining the problem, conducting analysis, coordinating with senior stakeholders, and driving projects to completion. You will take charge of initiatives that span multiple departments, stepping into roles across commercial, product, and operations as required to ensure successful delivery.
A core part of the position is performing opportunity assessments. You will evaluate potential growth areas, new markets, business lines, and products, then provide clear recommendations to the Founders. Depending on project scale, you will either manage one large initiative with multiple workstreams or several concurrent projects, maintaining clarity across all moving parts. You will identify the next queue of essential work and activate it without waiting for instructions.
You will guide analysis from initial questions through to actionable insights, rigorously quality-checking your own work. Your outputs will be structured to support decision-making, clearly quantifying trade-offs, highlighting risks, and proposing a preferred path. You will communicate recommendations with a strong "so what" component. You will also push back on work that does not align with the company's top priorities, including your own initiatives.
Profile
You bring three to five years of experience from high-velocity environments, such as top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture-capital-backed startups. Ideally, you have hands-on experience working within startups. You operate independently, identifying needs and advancing them without waiting for direction.
You are capable of rallying diverse stakeholders and senior figures, building alignment across functions without relying on formal authority. You manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining quality and avoiding errors. You break down ambiguous challenges to identify root causes and transform data into actionable guidance.
You own the end-to-end design and quality assurance of your work, ensuring outputs drive decisions. You structure recommendations to clarify implications, risks, and preferred options. You reserve the right to challenge tasks that do not serve the company's strategic goals. You adopt new tools quickly, including AI-assisted research, drafting, and analysis, while understanding their limitations and building personal workflows around them.
