About the role
Bunch is seeking a Central Operations Manager who will own the design and execution of strategic initiatives from initial concept to full deployment. This role is responsible for defining the operational backbone that supports the integration of recently acquired companies into the existing Bunch ecosystem. You will architect and manage the key performance indicators that measure the success of cross-functional operations. The position provides the leadership necessary to streamline processes and eliminate friction as the organization scales rapidly. You will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring that all departments move in sync toward shared objectives. Requirements
- Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or a similar role within a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects from initial planning through successful completion.
- Possess strong analytical skills, capable of dissecting problems into core components and deriving actionable insights.
- Show exceptional communication abilities, fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit expert-level project management skills, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Display a high level of adaptability, thriving in environments that are ambiguous and rapidly evolving.
- Maintain an obsessive attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all operational outputs.
- Be fluent in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively across global teams.
- Have experience working with enterprise-level software tools such as Asana and Front for daily operations.
