This individual will own the end-to-end experience for a portfolio of key fund managers and institutional investors, ensuring their objectives are not just met but anticipated. They will translate the vision of the company into tangible value propositions for clients, positioning Bunch as an indispensable partner in their investment journey. The role demands a proactive stance in identifying new opportunities for collaboration and expansion within existing client accounts. Success in this position will be measured by the depth of trust established and the long-term retention of high-value relationships. This position is critical for supporting the company's mission to broaden its product suite and enter new market segments with confidence. The Key Account Manager will work in close partnership with internal stakeholders to align solutions with evolving client needs. Ultimately, this role is about being a consistent and reliable advocate for the client within the internal operations of the company.

What you'll do
Orchestrate complex account strategies for a portfolio of fund managers and investors to ensure alignment with Bunch's service offerings.
Architect and deliver bespoke solutions that address specific client pain points in the private markets investment lifecycle.
Champion the voice of the client across internal departments, translating feedback into actionable improvements for product and service teams.
Analyze usage data and market trends to uncover new opportunities for value creation and upselling within existing relationships.
Develop and maintain high-level executive relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to drive strategic initiatives.
Lead proactive health checks and business reviews to monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for growth or intervention.
Coordinate closely with the product and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of client requests and feature enhancements.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, resolving conflicts and maintaining service standards.
Cultivate a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational landscape of the private markets to advise clients effectively.
Drive the adoption of new product features and platform updates to maximize the value clients derive from the Bunch platform.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop case studies and reference materials that highlight successful client outcomes.
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates regarding client expansion, churn risk, and revenue opportunities.
Mentor junior team members on best practices for client engagement and relationship management.
Participate in industry events and client meetings to represent Bunch and reinforce its position as a market leader.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a proven track record of managing key accounts in a B2B SaaS or financial services environment. A background in private markets, asset management, or financial technology is considered essential for this role. You should demonstrate an ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Strong analytical skills are required to interpret data sets and translate them into clear strategic recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as the role requires frequent interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where priorities can shift quickly. A high level of professionalism and discretion is required when handling sensitive client information and strategic initiatives. You must be willing to work from the Berlin office three days a week to foster strong team cohesion and collaboration.
Nice to have
Experience with venture capital fundraising, secondary markets, or fund administration platforms would be advantageous for this position.
