What you'll do

• Lead and mentor operational managers and specialists across diverse markets to ensure effective team performance.
• Oversee the operational execution of capital calls, distributions, treasury management, and investor support services.
• Drive enhancements in operational quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability throughout the organization.
• Provide guidance to fund operations professionals as they navigate complex operational and legal challenges.
• Establish clear priorities and manage team capacity to align with the company's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate processes and shape the direction of operational tools.
• Partner with Fund Accounting, Investor Onboarding, Fund Implementations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Attract, nurture, and retain exceptional operational talent to build a high-performing team.
• Address escalated issues and maintain consistent execution across various teams and markets.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in fund administration, private equity, venture capital, or other complex financial operations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead managers and create high-performing teams across multiple departments.
• In-depth knowledge of fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, investor servicing, and treasury functions.
• Credibility to mentor experienced operators on intricate fund structures and limited partner agreements.
• A systems-oriented approach, emphasizing automation, process design, and scalable operational frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve operational tools, or a strong interest in developing technology-driven services.
• Strong commercial acumen to balance customer experience, operational quality, and efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical teams.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to resolving challenging operational issues.
