Benefits & Compensation
The position offers training pay combined with a commission-based structure. This structure creates an earning potential range of $50,000 to $80,000. Full-time employees qualify for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans. Company-paid Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance are available up to a specified amount. Additional voluntary plans include Life, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage. A 401K Plan with Company Match is provided. Paid Time Off and Paid holidays are granted after 90 days of service, following company policy. Company trucks and fuel are supplied for company use. The schedule includes Weekly Pay. Role and Responsibilities
RoofOne seeks a Sales Representative to join a company built on trust, accountability, and exceptional service. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs and recommend solutions. You will help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, traveling to local appointments in a company-provided vehicle. This involves building relationships and creating positive customer experiences.

Great customer service is the foundation of long-term success. Every Sales Representative plays a critical role in upholding this standard. The position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule includes occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season, which runs from April through October.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and enjoys meeting new people. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the sales process is required. To be considered, candidates must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights. They must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

You accept roles requiring work at elevation, holding a valid driver license, and passing screening.
