Generate and manage repair estimates using digital tools, ensuring all line items are itemized, transparent, and aligned with company pricing guidelines.
Schedule appointments and coordinate efficiently with production teams, dispatching, and logistics to ensure timely service execution.
Perform on-site inspections in various weather and site conditions, adapting your methods to maintain safety and accuracy during each visit.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and testing methods to verify the extent of damage, distinguishing between repairable areas and full replacements.
Cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent outreach, follow-up calls, and thoughtful engagement with past customer records.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, warranty terms, and manufacturer specifications relevant to roofing and masonry repairs in your market.
Leverage CRM platforms to track customer interactions, document preferences, and monitor deal progression from quote to completion.

Requirements
Possess a minimum of one year of experience in the roofing, gutter, or masonry repair industry, with proven fieldwork background.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier and transportation policies.
Be physically capable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and safely handling tools and equipment while wearing appropriate personal protective gear.
Regularly lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 pounds when necessary during inspections and repair installations.
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen as required by company policy and regulatory compliance standards.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure accurate information exchange with customers and internal teams.
Perform job duties in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind, while adhering to all safety protocols.
Maintain a valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance that meets company requirements for field-based work activities.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States, with no restrictions that would prevent full-time employment in the Detroit, Michigan area.
