Your decisions regarding forms, space, and lighting will establish the foundational atmosphere for large-scale environments within the PUBG IP. You will review outsourced art and internal drafts, providing precise direction that drives measurable improvements in quality and consistency. This role requires translating dense design documents into clear visual scenes so teams can understand expectations before production begins. You will actively support milestone reviews, presenting work in progress and confidently defending creative choices to stakeholders.

What you'll do
You will set visual tone by exploring mood boards and iterating environment concepts rapidly to lock down the artistic vision efficiently. Requirements
You must define forms, space, and lighting for large scale environments using professional tools like Photoshop and 3D software. Professional experience drawing varied natural and architectural settings is essential for this role and cannot be substituted. You need 3-5 years of experience shaping game worlds while collaborating closely with production and tech teams to hit deadlines. A strong portfolio demonstrating environment art, perspective mastery, and material storytelling is mandatory for consideration. You must understand how to break down complex design documents into visual components that artists can execute accurately. You should be able to convey ideas clearly through both quick sketches and polished illustrations to suit different audiences. You are comfortable iterating based on feedback while maintaining a high level of personal artistic standards. You have a deep understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting principles as they apply to interactive 3D spaces.
