You are entrusted with the full accountability for performance and culture within our studio network. This position bridges strategic vision with meticulous on-the-ground execution, transforming the concept of a world-class studio presence into a daily reality. You will uphold the brand promise while providing direction for revenue streams, team talent, and overall operational robustness across our North American studios. This leader holds ownership of the complete Profit and Loss statement for the North American studio fleet. They also lead a national organization composed of senior directors and field leaders, ensuring alignment and cohesion. Cross-functional partnership is central to this position, driving progress in revenue generation, operational excellence, talent cultivation, and brand integrity. Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar senior operations capacity managing complex studio or facility networks.
- Requires a documented history of successfully managing a national team composed of senior directors and field leaders across multiple locations.
- Must demonstrate prior ownership of full Profit and Loss responsibility for a studio portfolio or equivalent business unit.
- Needs exceptional ability to excel at collaborating cross-functionally with revenue, brand, and technology teams in a corporate environment.
- Requires strong proficiency in interpreting complex metrics and utilizing data analytics to guide strategic and operational decisions effectively.
- Must guarantee consistent brand quality and experience across all physical locations and every client touchpoint without compromise.
