Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Job description
Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Blp Digital.
About the role
BLP Digital is seeking a driven and curious Senior Account Executive to join its growing team and take ownership of driving revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. In this role, you will help organizations automate their ERP processes with AI, leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real enterprise problems. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, directly shaping how the next generation of companies operates from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. You will engage with senior decision-makers such as CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, and COOs to uncover operational challenges and design tailored solutions that position BLP's platform as a strategic enabler of efficiency and insight. Success in this role requires close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value throughout the entire customer journey.
What you'll do
Build and execute a comprehensive territory and account plan that includes target account identification, stakeholder mapping, sequencing, and a multi-threading strategy to maximize reach and impact.
Create net-new pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, strategic partner motions, active participation in industry events, and leveraging customer referrals to expand the top of the funnel.
Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy while operating a repeatable, metrics-driven cadence that ensures consistent progress and visibility.
Practice insight-led selling by challenging the customer's initial framing and introducing a sharper point of view that highlights where value is trapped, such as exceptions, approvals, master data, and controls.
Run executive discovery sessions to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction, translating these insights into a crisp target-state narrative, urgency, and a clear mutual action plan.
Build strong internal alignment across CFO and CIO-led buying committees, identifying and nurturing champions, economic buyers, IT and security stakeholders, and process owners to support the deal.
Own the business case, pricing strategy, proposals, negotiation, and contracting to ensure the commercial terms reflect value and align with customer and company objectives.
Quantify and communicate the value of BLP's platform, emphasizing capacity release, cycle time reduction, control and compliance improvements, and stack simplification tied to executive priorities and budget cycles.
Drive the deal to closure with clear next steps, strong deal governance, and accurate forecasting to support company growth targets and pipeline management.
Partner with Solutions Engineers to run workshops and demos that de-risk technical concerns related to security, integration, and rollout planning.
Align with Customer Success on implementation readiness, success criteria, and expansion paths to ensure smooth transitions and long-term value realization.
Ensure clean handoffs from close to kickoff, maintaining continuity of the value narrative and desired outcomes throughout the transition.
Position BLP against point tools and fragmented stacks by promoting an end-to-end, exceptions-first narrative that clearly differentiates the platform.
Anticipate and neutralize competitive plays through crisp differentiation, compelling proof points, and a deep understanding of customer decision criteria.
Requirements
Must have 5-10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience or equivalent complex solution sales, with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets in similar environments.
Demonstrate proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles, including the capacity to respectfully push back, quantify impact, and mobilize buying committees around a shared vision.
Show strong executive presence and comfort engaging with CFOs, CIOs, and Heads of Shared Services in enterprise settings, navigating complex procurement processes with confidence.
Possess the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded deals, utilizing mutual action plans, MEDDICC-style qualification techniques, and rigorous forecasting discipline to maintain clarity and momentum.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills with presales, solutions engineers, and post-sales teams, ensuring alignment from discovery through implementation and expansion.
Bring a history of owning key strategic accounts, driving commercial outcomes, and balancing relationship building with disciplined execution in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to senior leadership and translate them into actionable business cases.
Show commitment to maintaining data integrity and pipeline accuracy, using CRM tools effectively to support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
Nice to have
Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech environment where solution selling and consultative approaches are central to success.
Familiarity with ERP, finance, procurement, or logistics domains, and understanding of the challenges faced by large enterprises in these areas.
