About the role
The Senior Product Manager at Blp Digital is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy within the BLP Platform ecosystem, ensuring that the direction aligns with both customer needs and business objectives. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through to production rollout, for solutions deployed across more than forty countries. The hire will act as the primary decision-maker for their domain, converting ambiguous problems into clear solution hypotheses that drive enterprise value. They will coordinate closely with engineers and platform teams to ensure that reliable delivery is built into the product development rhythm. A core part of this position involves establishing intake and review checkpoints where evidence informs priorities before any code is written or shipped. The Senior Product Manager will also build and maintain partner playbooks to align external collaborators with internal product and operations standards. This role requires a commitment to testing and guarding the quality and trustworthiness of AI features specifically within enterprise contexts. Given the growing customer presence in the region, the position places significant emphasis on championing German language capability across interactions and documentation.

- Engage directly with customers and key users to gather insights and validate strategic product direction.
- Set the product vision and priorities for your assigned domain within the broader BLP Platform ecosystem.
- Own the outcomes of product decisions, demonstrating accountability for business impact and user value.
- Practice continuous product discovery to form, test, and refine hypotheses based on data and user feedback.
- Communicate persuasively with engineers, sales leaders, and executives using a common language of outcomes and value.
Requirements
You must have a track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actively use and rely on. You must operate effectively with entrepreneurial judgment under conditions of incomplete information and own the results of your choices without deflection. You must practice structured product discovery to form hypotheses and validate them rigorously with data and user feedback. You must communicate fluently in English to collaborate with engineers, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders across hierarchies. You must be able to decline requests and set boundaries while preserving constructive relationships across all stakeholders. You must be comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve and ambiguity is the default state. You must demonstrate an ability to synthesize feedback from diverse sources, including users, customers, domain experts, and internal teams. You must hold a strong sense of ownership for product outcomes, including adoption, reliability, and the achievement of intended business results.

Experience in empowered product models where teams are encouraged to solve problems end-to-end rather than only building predefined features.
A Plus
Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP or finance processes within complex organizations that have intricate operational workflows.
Demonstrated experience with AI or agentic products in production, with a focus on reliability, evaluation, and measurable outcomes.
Familiarity with the German language, given its importance for engaging with the target customer base in key regions.
Practical notes
This position operates on a full-time basis from Zurich. The compensation range for this role is one hundred and fifty thousand to two hundred thousand Swiss francs.
