Senior UX Designer
Job description
About the role
BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. As an ETH Zurich and HSG spin-off headquartered in Zurich, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises. Our solution is live in 40+ countries, used by 550+ customers, and automates 70,000+ processes every day, including for Fortune 500 companies. We are one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scaleups, with success stemming from deep expertise in technology and business processes, delivering a product with outstanding product-market fit and a growing global customer base. We've recently welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor and are expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today.
What you'll do
You will own the end-to-end design process for assigned product areas, moving from problem framing through validated solution delivery in complex, data-heavy enterprise contexts. You will plan and facilitate discovery, ideation, prioritization, and design critique workshops with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers to ensure ideas are pressure-tested before they reach implementation. You will translate intricate finance, procurement, logistics, and sales workflows into interfaces that feel clear, learnable, and reliable even under high-stakes decision making. You will drive design decisions to closure and document the rationale so teams can move forward without needing to re-litigate choices later. You will partner directly with Stream-Aligned Teams, embedding platform thinking into their product-specific work while maintaining a consistent experience across the BLP Digital platform. You will run lightweight user research with enterprise users and convert findings into concrete product direction that shapes roadmaps and feature adoption. You will advocate for UX quality across the organization, influencing stakeholders outside of product to uphold standards and best practices in every release.
