About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic enterprise and mid-market customers across the DACH region, directly driving revenue growth and market expansion for Blp Digital. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, and COOs, guiding them through their ERP automation journey with AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will leverage deep process expertise to uncover critical business challenges and position the platform as a strategic enabler of efficiency, insight, and transformation. You will build, manage, and close a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities while maintaining rigorous forecasting and disciplined follow-through. You will deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and tailored demos that clearly translate complex operational challenges into quantifiable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure exceptional experiences at every stage of the customer journey. Ultimately, you will shape how the next generation of companies operate by owning the narrative of automation, accountability, and measurable impact from first contact to long-term partnership.

What you'll do
- Drive new business generation by identifying, engaging, and converting a high-value pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through to contract signing, navigating executive-level decision-making with confidence.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover critical ERP and finance process challenges and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and data-driven presentations that highlight AI automation benefits and directly address specific customer needs.
- Negotiate and close multi-year SaaS agreements with total values typically ranging into the high five figures, aligning with executive sponsors.
- Own the full commercial lifecycle, including structured pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and meticulous opportunity tracking.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner in their digital transformation journey.
- Continuously research and analyze ERP and AI automation market trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points to refine your approach.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful content and tools that support demand generation and sales effectiveness.
- Provide structured feedback to product and customer success teams based on real-world customer insights and emerging requirements.
Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, operations, or a related technical field.
- You bring a proven track record of success in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or finance automation environments.
- You demonstrate fluency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging executive audiences.
- You possess a strong consultative mindset, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and design structured, solution-based selling approaches.
- You have a history of building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing without formal authority.
- You are highly disciplined in pipeline and opportunity management, using data and insights to drive forecasting accuracy and conversion rates.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, showing resilience, adaptability, and consistent ownership of results.
- You approach collaboration with genuine curiosity, valuing diverse perspectives and working effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience selling ERP, finance, or procurement automation solutions to enterprise customers.

Practical notes
- This is a full-time position based in Germany.
- The role requires significant international travel to engage with customers and partners across key European regions.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany without visa restrictions or must already hold the necessary work authorization.
