What you'll do
- Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and campaign materials so the team can access what they need quickly and efficiently

- Assist with drafting, formatting, and distributing promotional content across email, print, and digital channels for internal and external audiences
- Keep marketing databases, customer contact lists, and lead records accurate and up to date with the latest information

- Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to collect content needs and distribute marketing assets

Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working in a marketing, communications, or administrative support capacity in a professional setting
- Strong organizational abilities with a careful eye for detail and a reliable follow-through on all assigned tasks
- Solid working knowledge of standard office software and common productivity applications used in day-to-day business operations
- The capacity to manage several projects at once and set clear priorities when multiple deadlines overlap
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues, vendors, and external contacts
- A comfortable and productive approach to working in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
