What you'll do
Lead the virtual design and construction strategy for assigned building projects across all phases.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate VDC workflows into daily operations.
Develop and maintain digital project models using building information modeling software.

Prepare detailed reports on project progress for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience managing construction or engineering projects.
Proven track record of leading virtual design and construction initiatives in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of building information modeling platforms and their application in project delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to travel to project sites and client offices as needed during the work week.
Experience with project scheduling software and cost estimation tools is required.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of guiding teams through complex project lifecycles.
