What you'll do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans that align with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience in a government contracting environment is preferred, particularly with defense or intelligence agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, as required for the position.
