Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in budget analysis, financial management, or program analysis, preferably in a government contracting environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar budgeting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with federal budgeting processes and regulations, including knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

- Certification as a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or similar credential.
