What you'll do

• Lead the overall operations of the San Angelo facility, ensuring alignment with Bimeda's strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all departments.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the facility meets its financial targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in the animal health sector.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
