What you'll do
- Lead the overall operations of the San Angelo facility, ensuring alignment with Bimeda's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability across all departments.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the facility meets its financial targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in the animal health sector.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
