Professional Services Director
Job description
About the role
Head of Professional Services
Bigblue operates at the center of the e-commerce evolution. Independent brands rely on our infrastructure to challenge the dominance of large-scale competitors. Our technology and network enable merchants to achieve speed, precision, and responsibility in their logistics operations. Since our founding in 2018, we have served more than 500 brands. Our reach includes global corporations and emerging direct-to-consumer businesses. Our team of over 110 colleagues is based in Paris, Madrid, and London.
Our proprietary Warehouse Management System, Atlas, and a network of 8 European warehouses form the backbone of our solutions. We confront difficult logistical constraints that competitors avoid. The goal is to make every delivery faster, smarter, and more sustainable. Financial backing of over $20 million supports our push toward enterprise-scale growth. We are currently processing a significant volume of orders and expanding our footprint.
To continue this expansion, we are seeking a leader to establish our new Professional Services division. This role is critical to transforming logistics performance for our partners.
The Role

You will deliver expert advice to help brands improve their operations. This includes transport selection, customer experience enhancement, and workflow optimization. You will work directly with merchants to solve specific business problems.
You will establish metrics to evaluate program success. Key performance indicators will include merchant satisfaction, project profitability, and delivery timelines. You will create dashboards and reporting tools to monitor these metrics.
You will convert practical experience into company knowledge. This insight will shape our internal training programs and product development. You will ensure that field expertise informs our strategic direction.
You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams. You will ensure Professional Services are integrated into the customer lifecycle. You will identify opportunities to embed consulting into existing processes.
You will manage a diverse project portfolio. This includes repeatable onboarding structures and unique, large-scale migrations. You will balance efficiency with tailored solutions for each merchant.
You will build a profitable service line. This involves creating revenue models and forecasting team capacity. You will ensure that advisory services contribute to the company's financial goals.
