About the role
You will own the end to end delivery and success of enterprise data trust engagements globally. You will translate the vision of Ataccama ONE into measurable business outcomes for strategic customers. You will lead cross functional squads to design, build, and operate agentic data quality and governance solutions. You will act as the primary trusted advisor to C level stakeholders on data reliability and autonomous operations. You will leverage deep product expertise to architect scalable data quality and observability roadmaps. You will mentor and elevate the capabilities of local and remote delivery teams through coaching and hands on guidance. You will drive continuous improvement in service delivery methodologies and knowledge transfer practices. You will represent Ataccama in industry forums and customer executive briefings to shape perception and drive adoption.

What you'll do
Establish and own the end to end delivery strategy for complex enterprise data trust programs across multiple customer segments.
Architect and operationalize agentic data quality frameworks using the Ataccama ONE platform to ensure autonomous monitoring and continuous improvement.
Define and govern global standards for data reliability, observability, and governance across professional services engagements.
Lead the design of data quality roadmaps that align with AI agent workflows and real time decision making requirements.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales to develop business cases, outcome based proposals, and executive sponsorship plans.
Coordinate cross functional delivery squads including data engineers, analysts, and AI specialists to execute large scale transformations.
Implement structured playbooks for issue remediation, data lineage analysis, and root cause diagnostics within complex enterprise landscapes.
Develop and maintain executive level reporting on data quality health, risk exposure, and remediation progress for mission critical systems.
Champion the use of the ONE AI Agent to automate routine quality tasks and reduce manual oversight in operational workflows.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
Drive adoption of data catalog and lineage capabilities to improve transparency and trust in enterprise data assets.
Collaborate with Product Management to provide field feedback that shapes the future roadmap of Ataccama ONE features and modules.
Mentor junior consultants on best practices for data quality monitoring, debugging, and performance optimization.
Act as an ambassador for the company culture by embodying the values of Challenging Fun, ONE Team, Customer Centric, Candid and Caring, and Aim High in every engagement.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
You must possess at least 8 years of experience in data management, data quality, or data governance roles.
You must have demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software implementations to large global organizations.
You must have hands on experience with data quality tools, data profiling, and metadata management concepts.
You must have a strong understanding of data architectures, including batch and streaming data patterns.
You must have experience working with AI and machine learning concepts, especially in the context of data quality and automation.
You must have excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non technical audiences.
You must be comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift frequently.
Nice to have
Experience with agentic automation and autonomous systems is preferred.
Background in consulting or professional services for data platforms is advantageous.
Familiarity with industry specific data regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
Experience with cloud platforms and modern data stacks is a distinct advantage.

This is a full time position based in our Toronto office.
