About the role
You will own the full commercial cycle for strategic e-commerce brands in the French market, from initial outreach through to contract signing and handover to implementation teams. This role requires you to deeply understand complex customer problems and translate them into compelling value propositions for Bigblue's fulfilment platform. You will act as the primary commercial partner for key accounts, guiding C-level decision-makers through the intricacies of scaling e-commerce operations across Europe. Your work will directly influence the growth trajectory of high-potential merchants by positioning Bigblue as the backbone of their logistics network. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure commercial promises are aligned with operational capabilities and legal requirements. This position demands a high level of ownership, resilience, and strategic thinking to navigate long and consultative sales cycles successfully. Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and setting the standard for enterprise sales excellence within the French market.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify high-value prospects within the French e-commerce ecosystem, leveraging market intelligence to build a robust and predictive pipeline.
Conduct discovery sessions with C-level and operational stakeholders to uncover critical business challenges related to fulfilment scalability and customer experience.
Develop and present sophisticated commercial proposals that clearly articulate the financial and operational benefits of partnering with Bigblue.
Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, balancing the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining momentum and deal clarity.
Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to model deal structures, forecast revenue accurately, and ensure pricing integrity across the sales process.
Work closely with Legal and Operations to draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts that protect the company and satisfy enterprise requirements.
Partner with Marketing to define target account lists, create impactful messaging, and align go-to-market campaigns for key verticals.
Provide expert input to the sales playbook, sharing insights from the field to refine processes, qualification criteria, and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to merchants, ensuring a seamless transition from negotiation to onboarding and long-term account satisfaction.
Represent Bigblue at industry events and prospect meetings, embodying the company's values of rigor, transparency, and operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on commitments made to high-profile clients.
Champion data-driven decision making by tracking key performance indicators and using insights to optimize the sales funnel continuously.
Mentor junior sales team members by providing guidance on techniques, strategies, and professional development within the sales environment.
Maintain a meticulous level of organization and documentation within CRM systems to ensure visibility and predictability for the entire sales cycle.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or you have equivalent professional experience that demonstrates comparable expertise.
You have a proven track record of selling complex B2B solutions into enterprise or high-growth e-commerce environments over the last five years.
You demonstrate fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives in both languages.
You have a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics, including fulfilment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery challenges across the European market.
You are comfortable managing multiple high-priority opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
You have experience negotiating commercial contracts, including terms related to service level agreements, pricing, and integration requirements.
You possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting business metrics and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
You exhibit a high level of professionalism, resilience, and integrity, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders in a short amount of time.
Nice to have
Experience with logistics or supply chain technology platforms is highly valued.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory optimization concepts is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the French e-commerce market and key players in the sector will accelerate your impact within the role.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Paris.
The role may involve travel within France and to international hubs as required to support key accounts and market expansion initiatives.
