About the role
You will own the strategic direction and execution of analytics initiatives for key Crossix clients within the Veeva ecosystem. This role requires you to translate complex business challenges into actionable data insights using Crossix's proprietary analytics products. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding life sciences customers to optimize their DTC and HCP marketing strategies. A core part of this position involves managing and growing ongoing client relationships to ensure sustained value delivery. You will leverage advanced analytical skills to uncover trends and opportunities that drive measurable marketing effectiveness. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to align solutions with client objectives and industry best practices. Ultimately, you will help clients achieve better patient outcomes by grounding decisions in robust data and insights. What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of Crossix data assets to identify client-specific marketing performance trends and opportunities.
Architect and deliver bespoke analytics solutions that address complex life sciences customer business questions and strategic priorities.
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches using Crossix products and services.
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that visualize key performance indicators for DTC and HCP marketing.
Partner with sales and implementation teams to define product enhancements based on real-world client feedback and data findings.
Establish rigorous data quality checks and validation processes to ensure insights are accurate, reliable, and actionable.
Lead client workshops to present analytical findings, tell compelling data stories, and influence marketing strategy decisions.
Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to refine data models and improve the scalability of analytics workflows.
Mentor junior analysts on the team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and clear communication.
Champion the adoption of data-driven decision-making across client organizations by demonstrating the tangible value of analytics.
Define and track success metrics for client engagements, linking analytical initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Identify new use cases for Crossix data by staying current with life sciences marketing trends and emerging analytical techniques.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous value realization.
Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to the development of internal playbooks and methodologies for analytics services.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.
You must possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or a related consulting role.
At least 5 years of proven experience in managing client relationships and leading cross-functional project teams is required.
You should have a demonstrated history of working with large, complex datasets and performing advanced statistical analysis.
Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in DTC or HCP marketing analytics, is mandatory for this role.
You must be proficient in SQL and have hands-on experience querying relational databases to extract and transform data.
Strong knowledge of statistical programming languages such as R or Python is essential for advanced data manipulation and modeling.
Excellent communication skills are required to present complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift rapidly based on client needs.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality is critical.
A commitment to adhering to data governance policies and ensuring client confidentiality is non-negotiable.
You should have experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and structured feedback is expected.
Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or industry events within the Pennsylvania region is necessary.
Nice to have
Prior experience with media mix modeling or attribution analysis in digital marketing environments.
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) or marketing technology stacks specific to life sciences.
Familiarity with Veeva systems or other industry cloud solutions is advantageous but not required.
Experience in managing budgets and forecasting resource allocation for client engagements.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Pennsylvania
Philadelphia.
Occasional travel may be required as part of client engagements and professional development.
