What you'll do
- Lead complex product initiatives across your area from initial discovery through successful launch and optimization.
- Integrate AI tools and agentic workflows as a core part of your product development process - from discovery and synthesis to roadmap communication and stakeholder preparation.
- Design products and features with AI-assisted experiences in mind, understanding how agents, automation, and intelligent systems change user expectations and behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous customer needs and aggressive business objectives into clear, compelling product features and experiences.
- Develop and maintain dynamic product roadmaps that align with company strategy, balancing urgent short-term wins with visionary long-term goals.
- Define success metrics and construct data-driven feedback loops to rigorously measure product performance and actively inform future strategic decisions.
- Model and promote AI-native working habits for the broader team, contributing to Bestow's evolving shared knowledge base of tools, skills, and optimal workflows.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements through a blend of direct customer research, quantitative market analysis, and deep competitive intelligence gathering.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization of products.
- Influence stakeholders across the organization by articulating the product vision, strategy, and outcomes with clarity and conviction.
- Coach and mentor junior product managers, providing guidance and support while consistently modeling Bestow's core operating principles and cultural values.
- Synthesize complex technical and market information into accessible narratives that align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Champion the user by advocating for their needs and pain points throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring solutions deliver real value.
- Proactively manage dependencies and risks, developing contingency plans to keep critical initiatives on schedule and on target.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent professional experience that demonstrates mastery of the domain.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience specifically within the B2B SaaS environment.
- Show a demonstrated ability to successfully lead multiple complex projects simultaneously across an entire product area or suite.
- Maintain a proven track record of delivering successful products that generate measurable business impact and move key performance indicators.
- Actively utilize AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, or equivalent) as a daily working accelerant, applying them not just for writing but for synthesis, research, and structured thinking.
- Possess experience conducting user research, facilitating usability testing, and applying UI/UX design principles for complex distributed systems.
- Exhibit comfort in building and managing sophisticated personal context systems, including how to effectively load and structure information into AI tools to produce higher-quality outputs at greater speed.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect intricate problems and formulate strategic solutions.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, capable of simplifying complexity for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly and adaptability is essential.
- Collaborate readily with cross-functional partners, showing empathy and influence without relying solely on formal authority.
- Be comfortable making data-informed decisions while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Have a history of coaching and developing others, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
