Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
Job description
About the role
You will plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid digital, email and nurture, and organic channels, with a sharp eye on what drives leads and pipeline. You will manage paid media budgets and targeting to maximize efficiency and pipeline contribution while contributing to SEO and AEO efforts to ensure Bestow is discoverable at every stage of the buyer journey. You will run the pipeline review cadence with Sales and roll up a marketing-sourced number for the Director to bring into forecasting, owning the analysis that shapes how the team understands performance. You will lead win-loss analysis and feed insights back into targeting and messaging so that strategy is informed by real market feedback. You will manage Salesforce campaign structures and hygiene to ensure clean attribution and reporting across every program, maintaining the discipline that connects channel activity to Sales outcomes. You will own channel-to-pipeline attribution and ROI reporting across all campaign types, using results to help the Director prioritize the next set of investments. You will partner closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing to translate market read into strategy, then build the engine that runs it by turning strategy into live campaigns and running programs day to day. This role reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing and is built for someone who wants real ownership over execution early, and a genuine voice in shaping strategy along the way.
