The Brand Market Specialist Opportunity with Beauty Barrage represents a distinct role within a company that functions as a comprehensive strategic sales management team, deploying a dedicated Field Team to service doors throughout North America. In this capacity, you will partner with prominent beauty brands to provide essential in-store support at major retail hubs such as Sephora, ULTA, and Bluemercury, contributing to the service of over 200 beauty professionals across more than 3,000 locations in the United States and Canada. You will own the execution of fluctuating, part-time, seasonal assignments where your schedule varies monthly according to retail and brand requirements, with a commitment to working between 0 and 20 hours per week based on project availability. - Design daily store routes that align precisely with campaign timelines and priority retail locations to ensure efficient coverage.
- Execute planograms and creative materials with precision, making swift adjustments to maintain brand standards and visual integrity.
- Capture on-shelf evidence through detailed documentation, including notes on product availability, assortment depth, and pricing for accurate reporting.
- Tailor messaging on the fly to suit different audiences, including retail staff, buyers, and end consumers, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with in-store personnel to secure optimal shelf placement and ensure a tidy, professional presentation at all times.
- Monitor competitor activity during routine visits, documenting any changes in competitor assortment or pricing observed in the field.
- Support limited-time offers by confirming that promotional items are featured correctly and that performance is tracked diligently.
- Share field insights by transforming observations into clear updates that inform future marketing campaigns and strategic decisions.
- Maintain reliable transportation for regional travel to meet the requirement of residing in or near Evansville, Indiana.

Residence in or near Evansville, Indiana, is required, along with reliable transportation for regional travel.
