What you'll do
- Establish weekly routes to visit assigned retail accounts, ensuring strict adherence to planogram configurations and display protocols.

- Capture detailed activity metrics by inputting visit data into tracking systems, guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teammates to coordinate demonstration schedules, maintaining continuous shopper engagement throughout peak periods.
- Anticipate and navigate store-specific restrictions by adjusting arrival sequences to secure maximum access during high-traffic shopping windows.
- Document competitor activity through strategic photography of shelf layouts and relaying observational insights to refine future category strategies.
- Facilitate point-of-sale training moments for retail staff, coaching them on nuanced product features to ensure consistent and correct messaging.
- Analyze performance dashboards to compare actual outcomes against established quotas, identifying gaps and modifying actions to achieve targets.
- Maintain pristine personal presentation and carry all necessary materials to reflect client standards during every single store visit without exception.

Requirements
- Obtain authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship to qualify for this position.
- Accumulate a minimum of three years of hands-on experience managing beauty or related categories within active retail store environments.
- Provide reliable personal transportation to reach stores consistently and arrive early when necessary to prepare for operational demands.
- Demonstrate the capability to comfortably interact with diverse teams and adapt communication styles for managers or frontline staff.
- Apply robust time management skills to effectively balance priorities across multiple accounts, particularly when demands shift unexpectedly.
- Uphold a policy of maintaining a neat and professional appearance that reflects client standards during every store visit.
- Exhibit proficiency with phones and digital tools to accurately log visits, capture high-quality images, and submit timely updates.
