Requirements
Candidates must possess prior experience in field sales or brand representation within beauty environments to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The Specialist must be able to lift and move display units weighing up to forty pounds safely to handle physical setup and teardown tasks. Availability to work across various U.S. time zones is mandatory due to diverse scheduling demands and national campaign launches. Proficiency with mobile devices and laptops is necessary for accurate data entry during store visits and real-time communication. The Specialist must meet the minimum age criteria established by each individual retailer location to comply with legal and safety regulations.
