What you'll do
Conduct systematic inventory assessments on the sales floor to identify gaps, manage planogram compliance, and ensure optimal product availability for consumers.
Perform dynamic merchandising resets and organized planogram executions to maximize brand impact and adherence to visual standards.
Execute targeted sampling campaigns and live demonstrations to generate consumer interest, educate shoppers on product benefits, and drive trial.
Utilize advanced data collection techniques to monitor unit velocity, track sell-through metrics, and provide actionable feedback on promotional performance.
Initiate and maintain professional relationships with key retail stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and store supervisors to ensure alignment.
Provide immediate crisis intervention for stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or promotional inconsistencies to uphold brand integrity and sales integrity.
Execute strategic planogram placements and enforce strict adherence to approved visual merchandising guidelines for every account visit.
Perform comprehensive audit reviews of competitor activity, pricing structures, and promotional messaging to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product replenishment and resolve any fulfillment issues that could hinder sales objectives.
Engage in continuous professional development by learning new brand narratives, product formulations, and industry trends to enhance consultative selling.
Utilize digital tools and mobile applications to accurately record insights, capture photo documentation, and submit timely performance reports.
Collaborate with other Beauty Barrage professionals in adjacent markets to share best practices and optimize category knowledge.
Maintain a rigorous schedule that requires adaptability to fluctuating priorities based on retailer demands and seasonal campaign cycles.

Requirements
You possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for this role.
You must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation prior to start date as required by law.
You are at least 18 years of age to fulfill the duties of this role and interact with retail environments.
You have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to navigate the Lincoln market and surrounding territories.
You demonstrate a proven ability to follow detailed instructions and execute planograms with precision.
You are capable of lifting a minimum of 30 pounds to manage product inventory and display setups safely.
You have a clean background check with no recent felonies or violations that would impede work in retail settings.
You can effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with retail personnel and consumers.
You must be authorized to work in the state of Nebraska without requiring sponsorship for this position currently.
