You will own the strategic execution of in-store brand initiatives within the Oklahoma City market, ensuring that planned activities align with both client objectives and Beauty Barrage standards. You are responsible for representing partner brands with professionalism and integrity while gathering and communicating real-time market feedback to leadership. This role requires you to manage your personal schedule and territory efficiently to maximize productivity during your assigned shifts. You will collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting brand priorities throughout the fluctuating schedule. Success in this position means you actively translate brand strategies into visible, on-the-ground actions that influence consumer behavior at the shelf. You will serve as the primary point of contact for retail stakeholders, resolving operational issues and reinforcing the brand presence in a competitive environment. This position demands a proactive mindset where you identify opportunities to enhance execution and propose improvements based on direct store interactions. You are expected to maintain a high level of energy and organization to balance multiple brands and deadlines without constant supervision.

What you'll do
Conduct systematic inventory assessments on assigned accounts to identify gaps, manage planograms, and ensure optimal product availability.
Perform strategic planogram executions and adjust facings in collaboration with retail partners to support sales objectives.
Execute end-cap and feature builds according to brand guidelines, ensuring visual standards are met consistently across stores.
Implement targeted sampling and demonstration programs that engage consumers and generate meaningful retail interaction.
Monitor and record pricing accuracy, promotional adherence, and display integrity to safeguard brand integrity in every visit.
Coordinate with category buyers and store managers to secure premium placement and maintain influential in-store positioning.
Utilize digital tools to capture and submit real-time photos, activity logs, and compliance documentation for every visit.
Track sell-through metrics and stock rotation, reporting slow-moving items or discrepancies to the Field Sales Manager promptly.
Provide on-the-ground market intelligence by observing shopper behavior and relaying insights during brand debriefs.
Support limited-time activations and in-store events that align with campaign timelines and brand messaging.
Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and security protocols while navigating large retail environments.
Develop time-efficient routing strategies for your territory to maximize coverage while minimizing travel downtime.
Build trusted relationships with store personnel to facilitate smoother operations and improved collaboration.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, managing multiple brands and tasks within a single workday as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekend hours based on client demand.
Requirements
You must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for employment with this company.
You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to access retail locations across your territory.
You must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide documentation at hire as required by law.
You must be able to lift and carry standard retail display units, sampling equipment, and product cases weighing up to 30 pounds.
You must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the pre-employment process.
You must have a professional appearance and demeanor suitable for face-to-face interactions with buyers and store leadership.
You must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork, reports, and digital logs.
You must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict brand and company standards.
Nice to have
Experience in beauty, retail, or consumer goods environments is preferred for this role.
Familiarity with major retail chains such as Sephora, ULTA, or specialty beauty stores is advantageous.
