About the role
You will take ownership of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets for key client brands within your designated market area. You will cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with retailers and in-store teams to ensure brand objectives are met consistently. You operate as a self-starter, driving results through initiative, discipline, and a deep passion for the dynamic beauty industry. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador on the floor, translating marketing strategies into impactful in-store execution. You will collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive to align your activities with market-specific goals and priorities. You will proactively identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your approach to maximize performance in a fluctuating environment. You will manage your schedule and travel logistics responsibly, as the role requires flexibility based on monthly brand needs and willingness to cover various locations. You will contribute to the overall growth and visibility of Beauty Barrage's portfolio by representing our values and professionalism at every retailer interaction.

What you'll do
Execute in-store brand activations and ensure planogram compliance for assigned accounts in Saskatoon retailers.
Perform accurate product demonstrations, sampling, and testing sessions to educate consumers and retail staff on brand benefits.
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with store managers, department leads, and beauty advisors to support sales initiatives.
Monitor inventory levels and provide timely feedback on stock-outs or merchandising issues to the Field Sales Manager.
Utilize CRM tools to log daily activities, capture customer insights, and update retailer performance metrics accurately.
Coordinate with the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive to adjust monthly schedules based on travel requirements and brand priorities.
Promote new product launches and seasonal campaigns through engaging in-store presentations and point-of-sale materials.
Identify and report on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer trends within the Saskatoon retail landscape.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to all retailer policies and Beauty Barrage code of conduct during every visit.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to overcome objections and turn customer feedback into actionable retail opportunities.
Requirements
You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to ensure reliable attendance and timely performance.
You must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record to support travel requirements.
You must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship, as visa support is not available for this role.
You must have availability that includes evenings, weekends, and variable days of the month based on retailer and brand demands.
You must be able to lift and transport product samples, display materials, and promotional kits weighing up to 20 kilograms regularly.
You must have reliable personal transportation and be willing to travel within the Saskatoon area and surrounding regions as scheduled.
You must have prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales environments, demonstrating comfort with consumer interaction.
You must be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions accurately, and maintain high standards for data entry and reporting.
Nice to have
Experience with Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, or similar prestige beauty retailers is preferred for familiarity with brand standards.
Background in managing relationships with multiple vendors or brands within the same region is a valuable asset.
