Brand Market Specialist
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the primary brand ambassador inside retail environments, translating brand strategy into on-shelf impact with authentic consumer engagement. This role demands a proactive mindset where you initiate conversations, educate beauty advisors, and elevate the shopping experience for both staff and customers. You will own the execution of in-store activations, ensuring that planograms are followed, sampling stations are replenished, and promotional materials are displayed with precision. Success in this position is defined by your ability to build trust with retail partners, represent multiple brands with integrity, and adapt to the dynamic rhythms of live retail floors. You will analyze sell-through data, adjust your tactics in real time, and communicate insights back to the team to optimize future visits. This is a hands-on position where your energy, discipline, and love for beauty culture directly influence product discovery and conversion. You will collaborate closely with category managers and retail coordinators to align on goals, troubleshoot execution barriers, and reinforce the brand narrative on every visit. Your work will be visible on the shelf, at the counter, and in the hands of consumers, making your role instrumental in bridging the gap between marketing plans and on-ground results.
