What you'll do

Recommend and demonstrate the appropriate solution that best addresses the identified challenges and objectives of the prospect.
Build and deliver comprehensive business cases that clearly outline the benefits and expected return on investment for stakeholders.
Tell the story in a compelling narrative using supporting client success examples and relevant data to persuade decision makers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the proposed solution aligns perfectly with the prospect's long-term strategic goals.
Translate complex technical features into clear business outcomes that resonate deeply with executive level decision makers.
Guide prospects through the entire evaluation process, answering questions and addressing concerns at every step of the journey.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working within enterprise sales environments or consulting roles focused on delivering technology solutions to large organizations.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language that resonates with diverse internal and external audiences.
Strong aptitude for understanding customer business models and identifying specific areas for meaningful operational improvement and growth.
Excellent presentation and communication skills required to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect.
Capacity to manage multiple prospect accounts simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high level of organization and attention to detail.
Familiarity with user-generated content platforms and the broader retail technology ecosystem is considered essential for success in this role.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events in person to strengthen professional connections.
