What you'll do
Review and evaluate massive amounts of user-submitted material posted on client websites to ensure overall quality standards are consistently met every single day.
Apply specific coding classifications to customer product reviews, questions, and general comments accurately according to the unique guidelines of each brand.
Analyze images and videos submitted by consumers to ensure they strictly adhere to the specific content standards set by the company.
Process content in both English and Italian with professional-level written and spoken fluency, handling a high volume of daily submissions efficiently.
Identify and flag deeply disturbing or illegal material involving violence, child safety issues, serious crimes, or direct threats to public safety.
Adhere to the unique set of guidelines provided by each of the twelve thousand plus global clients to properly process their data.
Participate in occasional special projects that require bilingual skills in English and Italian, contributing to broader content management initiatives across the platform.
Complete a four-week paid training program involving online modules and virtual coaching sessions to master the necessary moderation and coding techniques.
Attend live hands-on moderation hours to practice applying codes to real-world content scenarios, bridging the gap between theoretical learning and actual work.
Manage a semi-flexible schedule of sixteen hours weekly, including four weekend hours minimum, while maintaining a consistent and reliable output level.
Requirements
Demonstrate bilingual proficiency in English and Italian at a professional level for both writing and speaking without any accent barriers or communication difficulties.
Reside legally within the United States and specifically in one of the designated states required for this particular remote position.
Successfully finish an online college course or similar exercise that applies theoretical concepts to practical, real-world scenarios effectively.
