Baringa's Telco, Media & Technology practice is currently seeking an experienced Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the team. The firm seeks high-performing consulting professionals capable of merging strong Telco, Media, and Technology consulting experience with entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry expertise. The role involves providing outstanding work for clients ranging from global telco providers and publishers to broadcasters, music rights companies, media agencies, technology companies, data centres, and numerous other organisations.
About the Role
This position entails owning the complete client journey, from initial contact through delivery. The successful candidate will shape scope, build solutions, review quality, ship outcomes, and partner with internal and external networks. The primary responsibility involves translating complex, messy problems into clear, actionable pathways. The role requires working across diverse sectors including energy, finance, public sector, and media. Practitioners will guide teams with curiosity and care, ensuring alignment with client needs and market realities.
The specific location for this role is London, United Kingdom. The engagement involves consulting work with global telco providers, publishers, broadcasters, media agencies, technology companies, and data centres. The target compensation is £90,000 per year, with a requirement of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrating intake sessions to clarify client challenges, define scope, and establish success metrics with stakeholders.
- Architecting designs by integrating digital tools, analytics, and automation into coherent transformation programmes.
- Challenging assumptions during reviews to strengthen logic, evidence, and risk awareness prior to decision-making.
- Shipping solutions into live environments, coordinating testing, rollout, and change activities alongside delivery teams.
- Partnering with networks of providers, platforms, and regulators to ensure alignment with market and regulatory landscapes.
- Translating intricate strategy into practical, executable steps that deliver measurable value to clients.
