Our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice drives the strategic evolution of risk management for our financial services clients. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver practical, tailored solutions that transform risk oversight into future focused growth driving capability. Our team in Sofia is growing, and we are looking for motivated and curious risk and controls professionals to join our global Risk Advisory team. We have a range of open roles based on your experience.
About the role
You own a portfolio of risk advisory initiatives end to end. Daily work shapes how financial services clients manage controls and regulatory demands. You translate messy problems into clear, testable roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
Key facts
What you'll do
Architecting project structures and workstreams for intricate regulatory change programmes across global teams.
Designing practical approaches with clients to transform risk oversight into growth driving capability.
Coordinating international specialists and tracking project milestones to keep delivery on schedule and within scope.
Translating complex regulatory expectations into clear work packages and deliverables for client decision makers.
Testing implemented controls and outcomes to verify they meet requirements and support client confidence.
Building clear documentation and artefacts that map controls, processes, and evidence for audits and assessments.
Partnering with technology and delivery colleagues to integrate data, AI, and digital insights into risk solutions.
Guiding teams through operational change so new risk processes stick and clients see real business value.
Requirements
You must have structured experience shaping and delivering complex regulatory change programmes in risk or compliance.
You must be comfortable operating with international teams and managing expectations across different time zones and cultures.
You must hold at least 5 years of experience in delivering complex risk and compliance programmes.
You must understand financial services regulation and how controls evidence is assessed by regulators.
Nice to have
Experience in consulting for financial services risk, compliance, or regulatory change is preferred.
