A position is available in New York, New York. The Enterprise Value Creation practice is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team. Expectations of value have changed. Driving revenue growth, optimizing margins & costs, and maximizing ROI remain pivotal but the opportunity is bigger. The EVC team drives sustainable P&L improvements by realizing cost and revenue growth strategies that address short-term financial challenges and long-term shareholder expectations. We bring a PE mindset to enterprises, balancing the need to be cost-efficient while maintaining a ruthless focus on profitable growth. As a member of the team, you will help clients identify value rapidly as well as shape and drive a breadth of exciting & transformational work across all our industry sectors (Financial Services, Products & Services, Energy & Resources, Telcoms Media & Technology).
You will be responsible for helping clients address complex strategic, operational, and organizational cost, margin and value-creation issues. Programs will range anywhere from setting EVC strategy and vision tailored to client's needs, to mobilizing and leading multi-disciplinary cost and margin improvement programs. You will orchestrate intake sessions to frame enterprise value challenges with commercial and public sector clients. You will build integrated workstreams that combine cost, margin, and revenue programs for transformation delivery. You will review program findings with analytics, market benchmarks, and risk frameworks to validate strategic choices. You will ship implementation roadmaps that align finance, operations, and change management for sustained impact. You will partner with technology and industry specialists to embed advanced data, AI, and digital solutions. You will champion governance and benefits tracking so value initiatives endure beyond the project horizon. You will translate C-suite intent into operating plans that balance cost discipline with growth ambitions. You will mobilize cross functional teams to execute value programs with clarity, accountability, and momentum.
To succeed in this role, you must hold 3 to 5 years of consulting or corporate value creation experience in complex environments. You must demonstrate hands on experience with cost, margin, and revenue improvement initiatives. You must navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate insights to executive audiences. You must comply with firm methodologies, data security standards, and regulatory obligations in regulated sectors.
Role specifics include working in New York, New York. Engagement covers advisory programs in financial services, energy and resources, telecoms, manufacturing, government, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology media and telecoms. The compensation for this position is $180,000 per year. The position targets candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Candidates should possess strong skills in data analysis, AI, digital tools, transformation frameworks, and commercial benchmarking. Previous experience in financial services, energy and resources, telecoms, manufacturing, government, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology media and telecoms is a nice to have.
