Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field as a baseline qualification.
Demonstrate how academic training applies to practical trading and operational challenges.
Show internship experience or up to five years of consulting or relevant industry exposure, including work on Commodities & Energy Trading initiatives.
Provide examples that illustrate understanding of power markets and trading environments.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of power markets and trading mechanisms, including day-ahead, intraday, bilateral, and OTC markets.
Explain how electricity prices are formed and how different products interact.
Apply business and process analysis skills to identify problems, structure value drivers, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Use structured approaches to decompose complex trading workflows into manageable components.
Deliver projects end-to-end, adapting across project roles and stages while operating within complex delivery environments.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations through full project lifecycles.
Write fluent English as a core communication requirement.
Use advanced proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish where relevant to client contexts.
Additional languages provide broader engagement capability.
