Bamboohr is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. What you'll do
- Coordinate daily project activities and track progress against established timelines and key milestones set by leadership.
- Assist in drafting project plans, schedules, and supporting documentation for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status updates to team members and managers through regular meetings and written progress reports.
- Support the identification of potential project risks and help the team develop practical mitigation approaches.
- Maintain organized project files, records, and shared repositories so that all team members can access relevant information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- A basic understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and standard project lifecycle phases.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity and collaboration software for day-to-day work tasks.
