What you'll do

• Review and edit a variety of content types, including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, and social media posts, ensuring they are free of grammatical errors and inconsistencies.

• Maintain the brand's tone and style guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with the company's voice and messaging strategy.
• Conduct thorough fact-checking to verify the accuracy of information presented in the content, ensuring credibility and reliability.
• Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and phrases to improve visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content editing or proofreading, preferably in a digital or marketing context.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for language and storytelling.
• Proven ability to edit content for clarity, coherence, and grammatical accuracy while maintaining the author's voice.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to incorporate them into content effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to writers.
• Proficiency in using editing tools and content management systems, such as WordPress or similar platforms.
