What you'll do

• Coordinate and manage field operations, ensuring that all activities align with project timelines and objectives.
• Liaise with project managers to understand specific fieldwork requirements and translate them into actionable plans for field teams.
• Oversee the logistics of fieldwork, including transportation, equipment procurement, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all field personnel and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train field staff on project-specific protocols, data collection methods, and safety procedures to ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
