What you'll do
Lead product launches end-to-end, owning positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for new products and features to ensure they land with customers and move the business.
Develop product-focused content that brings the Attio product story to life on attio.com, and partner with Support to deliver the education customers need to get the most out of the platform.
Bring customer stories to life by creating a steady library across the audiences that matter most, in formats ranging from case studies and video to web and social.
Arm Revenue to win deals by building the training, collateral, and enablement that helps Sales close new business and Success grow existing accounts.
Partner with EPD to translate what the team builds into clear customer outcomes and feed market signal back into the product development process.
Champion the customer by becoming the in-house expert on who Attio sells to, why they buy, and what they need next to achieve their goals.
Sharpen our competitive edge by deeply understanding the market, including where Attio wins against legacy CRMs and where new challengers are emerging.
Own the definition of Attio's positioning and craft narratives that clearly articulate value to ambitious founders and operators in the AI era.
Collaborate closely with founders, EPD, Sales, and Marketing to ensure all customer-facing materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with business objectives.
Define playbooks and frameworks that enable the team to execute consistently while leaving room for creative experimentation and rapid iteration.
Drive initiatives that connect product updates with business outcomes, demonstrating how specific features solve real problems for high-value customers.
Work across web, social, and video to produce content that educates, inspires, and converts target audiences at every stage of the journey.
Support the Sales team with tailored tools and resources that help reps have more productive conversations and close deals more efficiently.
Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives and iterate based on performance data and qualitative feedback from customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with a track record of owning complex launches and strategic narratives.
You're a great writer who makes every word count, whether the output is positioning, web copy, a script, or a detailed case study.
You have great taste and can articulate a vision for beautiful work, even if design is not your primary discipline.
A bias for speed is essential, as you will own projects from start to finish and move quickly with cross-functional teams.
You operate with a builder mindset, thriving in a small team environment where you define playbooks rather than inherit rigid ones.
Fluency with AI tools is required, as you are expected to use them to work smarter and ship higher-quality work more efficiently.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills are non-negotiable, given the strategic nature of the role and the impact on product perception.
Comfort operating with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity while still driving progress on critical initiatives.
Nice to have
Produced beautiful work across a variety of formats, especially video and web, demonstrating versatility and high standards.
Prior experience at a design-led company where product, brand, and user experience are tightly integrated.
