Graduate Associate, Operations
Job description
About the role
Attio is the CRM built for the AI era, and this Graduate Associate in Operations is tasked with powering the engine behind that vision. You will own the systems and workflows that let ambitious go-to-market teams understand every customer and automate at scale. This role demands high-agency problem solvers who build the operational backbone so others can move at the frontier of their category. You will work closely with engineering and leadership to turn messy, high-stakes problems into reliable, day-to-day systems. Your work will directly support a platform serving 30,000 customers across 130 countries and growing fast. If you thrive on complex technical challenges and care deeply about the details, this is your opportunity to define how Attio operates.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Take on projects from week one and own them end to end, from a scrappy first version to something the whole company relies on.
- Build the systems, tools and automations that make Attio run, then watch people use them every day.
- Get your hands on the data behind big decisions and turn it into answers leaders act on.
- Crack messy, high-stakes problems that nobody has solved yet, and bring order where there was none.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with our engineering, product and leadership teams, seeing how a fast-growing company operates from the inside.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear operational processes that scale with the business.
- Design and maintain the workflows that keep our go-to-market motions aligned and measurable.
- Partner with builders across the company to ensure tools are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with user needs.
- Use AI in your daily workflow to move faster and explore how far it can go to solve operational challenges.
- Contribute to a culture of craft, where sharp judgement and attention to detail are standard.
- Help define the playbook for redefining a software category through first-principles problem solving.
- Support the broader hiring and onboarding infrastructure as Attio continues to grow rapidly.
- Turn raw data and unclear requirements into structured insights that drive executive decisions.
- Maintain and improve the operational stack so that it remains robust as the company scales globally.
Requirements
- You are entering your final year of study or have recently graduated, with a strong academic background.
- You possess a builder mentality, preferring to make things and reach for a prototype before a plan.
- You are comfortable using AI daily to move faster and are excited by how far it can go.
- You thrive on breadth and change, happily turning your hand to whatever the business needs.
- You have strong analytical and organisational skills, with comfort in data and a knack for bringing order to ambiguity.
- You have the confidence to teach yourself technical tools and learn on the job without hand-holding.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail in every piece of work you produce.
- You approach problem-solving proactively, with curiosity and an eagerness to challenge assumptions.
- You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- You communicate clearly and constructively with peers and leaders at all levels of the company.
- You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom based on the requirements of the role.
- You are available to commit to the full duration of the program and transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.
- You are willing to work on site in the London office five days a week for the duration of your engagement.
- You align with Attio's mission of building tools for ambitious go-to-market teams in the AI era.
Practical notes
This role is based on site in our London office 5 days a week. We are hiring across 3 graduate tracks: Go-To-Market, Operations and Marketing. Please only apply to the one track. The program runs for six months, after which successful graduates move into a full-time role. From day one you are paired with a Sponsor who mentors you, backs your development and provides direct feedback, daily in the first few weeks. You will work with AI at the centre of how you operate, close to leaders across the business, at a company serving 30,000 customers in 130 countries and growing fast. If you are ready to do the best work of your career, this is the right place to start.
