About the role
Attio is a CRM platform designed for AI-driven go-to-market teams. We are seeking a GTM Partnerships Lead to establish and expand our ecosystem of system integrators, resellers, and affiliates. In this role, you will architect the framework that connects our product vision with external expertise, ensuring mutual success across the partner network. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of key partnerships, from initial outreach through scaled execution and long-term optimization. The hire will act as the primary architect of our channel strategy, translating high-level business objectives into actionable partner programs. You will drive revenue through strategic alliances while maintaining the integrity of the Attio brand and product experience. Success in this position requires fluency in both technical partner enablement and commercial business development. You will report into the GTM leadership team and influence product direction based on real-world partner feedback.

What you'll do
- Expand the Attio Expert Program by growing our network of consultants and agencies.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new partners through training and resource development.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with partners to drive their growth and CRM adoption.
- Create incentive structures for partner referrals and implementation success.
- Coordinate with Sales to identify acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, webinars, and content.
- Work with Product teams to provide partners with roadmap feedback and documentation.
- Launch new channel and referral partnership motions.
- Establish metrics and systems to track partnership performance and pipeline impact.
- Evaluate potential partner fit through rigorous assessment of capabilities and market position.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements in collaboration with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing operational support to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze competitive partner landscapes to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop training curricula and certification paths to elevate partner proficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel management, or solutions roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building or scaling SI, channel, or service partner programs.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in ambiguous environments.
- Strong commercial awareness regarding partner incentives and business alignment.
- Experience managing external partner relationships alongside internal stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to design scalable operational systems.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM, RevOps, or implementation services is mandatory for consideration.
- Comfort with frequent ambiguity and the ability to make decisions with incomplete data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive and technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel regionally for partner meetings and industry events as needed.
- Commitment to data-driven decision making and rigorous performance analysis.
- Adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all partner interactions.

- Background in CRM, RevOps, or implementation services.
- Experience with vertical-specific or international partner networks.
- History of launching partner portals, certification programs, or marketplaces.

- Experience with contract negotiation and legal documentation review.
- Prior work in a startup environment with rapid iteration cycles.
