About the role
Attentive is seeking a marketing professional to lead the narrative for our technology partner integrations. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories that help customers and partners understand the value of our ecosystem. In this capacity, you will serve as the central narrative owner, ensuring that the rationale and benefits of connectivity are articulated with precision and impact. You will own the end-to-end messaging development for our integration suite, positioning each connection as a strategic advantage for the customer. This role requires a deep synthesis of technical insight and commercial storytelling to bridge the gap between engineering and enterprise value. You will be the primary architect of the story that explains why these connections matter to the buyer.

What you'll do
- Architect the overarching go-to-market messaging and positioning framework for new technology integrations, ensuring alignment with broader brand objectives.
- Establish and refine repeatable launch playbooks in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to streamline the introduction of connected solutions.
- Engineer integration narratives that explicitly articulate the strategic value of connecting Attentive with platforms such as Snowflake, Movable Ink, and Shopify to diverse audiences.
- Generate adoption-driving content assets including technical solution briefs, optimized landing pages, targeted email campaigns, and sophisticated co-marketing materials.
- Synchronize and direct cross-functional marketing initiatives to produce cohesive, partner-focused content that supports joint objectives and timelines.
- Research and develop in-depth case studies that quantify and qualify the tangible impact of integrations on customer success and operational efficiency.
- Liaise closely with Customer Success and enablement teams to equip them with the necessary tools and language to effectively communicate integration value, while establishing structured feedback loops to inform narrative evolution.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of the product roadmap to anticipate and prepare communications for upcoming integration launches, ensuring market readiness.
- Evaluate competitive integration landscapes to identify differentiation opportunities and strengthen our unique value proposition in partner ecosystems.
- Drive the creation of data-informed narratives that demonstrate the measurable outcomes of interconnected platforms, translating technical jargon into business benefits.
- Establish documentation standards for integration messaging to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across all customer touchpoints.
- Foster alignment between technical capabilities and customer pain points through iterative narrative testing and refinement with stakeholder feedback.
- Lead the synthesis of complex API and platform functionalities into accessible, high-impact stories for executive and technical buyer personas.
- Partner with sales teams to develop battle-tested messaging frameworks that can be deployed throughout the partner sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bring 4 to 6 years of cumulative experience in product, partner, or content marketing roles, with a demonstrated history within B2B SaaS or martech environments.
- Exhibit a proven ability to deconstruct intricate technical features and reconstruct them into engaging, customer-centric narratives that drive understanding and action.
- Demonstrate strong writing capabilities evidenced by the production of high-quality one-pagers, in-depth case studies, and persuasive email copy executed independently with minimal oversight.
- Show proficiency in managing complex projects across cross-functional teams including Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Sales, navigating competing priorities with professionalism.
- Possess strong organizational acumen necessary to supervise multiple concurrent projects within a diverse partner portfolio, maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Display a willingness to travel as required to support partner initiatives, customer engagements, and industry presence.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that provides a substantive foundation for marketing and communications responsibilities.
- Demonstrate commitment to meeting deadlines and upholding high standards of quality in fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environments.
- Exhibit a collaborative mindset with the resilience to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while advancing strategic narrative goals.
