What you'll do

• Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions tailored to meet specific client needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop machine learning models and algorithms that drive business insights and automation.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.

• Develop proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the viability and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions to stakeholders.

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, offering expert recommendations on AI strategies and implementations.
• Create comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Participate in client presentations and workshops, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on AI and machine learning solutions.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI architectures, including familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools, including SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
