About the role

As a , you will play a role in transforming our clients' financial planning and analysis processes through the implementation and optimization of Anaplan solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring they achieve their strategic objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of Anaplan's capabilities, as well as a strong background in finance and analytics. Your expertise will guide clients in leveraging Anaplan for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan solutions for various clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Anaplan models that drive business insights.
Develop and maintain complex financial models within Anaplan, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Provide training and support to client teams on Anaplan best practices, empowering them to the platform effectively.
Conduct regular reviews of existing Anaplan models, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement based on evolving business needs.
Work closely with data integration teams to ensure data flow between Anaplan and other enterprise systems.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations to improve their financial planning processes and overall performance.
Stay updated on Anaplan's latest features and industry trends, sharing insights with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Participate in the development of thought leadership materials, showcasing Atlas's expertise in Anaplan and financial transformation.
Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills in Anaplan and consulting practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or consulting, with a strong focus on Anaplan.
Proven track record of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions in a variety of industries.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Nice to have

Familiarity with other financial planning tools or ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Previous experience in a consulting role, particularly in a client-facing capacity.
An understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Skills & tools

Proficiency in Anaplan, including model building, data integration, and reporting functionalities.
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Practical notes

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and may require occasional travel to client sites.
