About the role

As a , you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our AI-driven solutions for clients. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our technology is seamlessly integrated into various operational environments. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and client-facing skills, as you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing systems and identify integration opportunities for Atlas technologies.
Develop and execute deployment plans that ensure a smooth transition from project initiation to full operational capability.
Provide hands-on support during the installation and configuration of software and hardware components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the deployment process to minimize downtime.
Train client personnel on the effective use of deployed solutions, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the benefits of the technology.
Gather feedback from clients post-deployment to identify areas for improvement and enhance future implementations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and client interactions for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology to continually refine deployment strategies.
Assist in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for future deployments.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Atlas solutions and gather insights for further enhancements.
Work closely with the engineering team to relay client feedback and contribute to product development initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical deployment or engineering role, preferably within the AI or technology sector.
Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed for deployment and support activities.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Nice to have

Previous experience in a client-facing role within a technology company.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL).
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices in technology deployment.

Skills & tools

Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Familiar with AI and machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of deployment tools and methodologies, including CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical skills for assessing system performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
Excellent documentation skills for creating deployment guides and technical manuals.

This position may require occasional travel to client sites, both domestically and internationally.
